Each team needs to complete 5 specified sport events, and the team's score is based on the best performance of their team members in each sport event

Each team member needs to participate in at least one competition event and record their performance

全國準決賽階段，每人每項目至多挑戰三次，一般組與親子組各取成績排名前2名之隊伍，晉級全國總決賽
